Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 18 June 2026 – Cydentiq, a Malaysia-based cybersecurity and identity security specialist, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (“MoA”) with FSBM I-Design Sdn Bhd (“FSBM I-Design”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of FSBM Holdings Berhad (“FSBM”), to strengthen cybersecurity collaboration and accelerate the adoption of identity security and governance solutions across Malaysia.
The signing marks the next phase of strategic collaboration between both parties following the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) signed earlier last year. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to helping organisations strengthen cybersecurity resilience, improve identity governance, and support secure digital transformation initiatives in an increasingly interconnected and AI-driven business environment.
Under the collaboration, FSBM I-Design will lead customer engagement, sales, and market development initiatives, while Cydentiq will provide specialised cybersecurity expertise, identity and access management (IAM) capabilities, advisory & consulting, implementation services, technical delivery, operational support and managed services for successful project execution.
As organisations continue to accelerate digital transformation, cloud adoption, and AI initiatives, identity has emerged as the new security perimeter. Through this collaboration, both parties aim to help organisations strengthen identity governance, reduce identity-related risks, and establish more secure and resilient digital environments through modern identity security, access management, and governance capabilities.
Cydentiq brings extensive expertise across identity and access management, identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, cybersecurity advisory, technology implementation, and managed security services. The partnership enables both parties to combine their complementary strengths to support enterprises in addressing evolving cybersecurity challenges, regulatory requirements, and operational resilience priorities.
Ken Lim, Head of Business Delivery and Excellence of Cydentiq, said:
“As organisations continue to accelerate their digital transformation initiatives, identity has emerged as the new security perimeter. Together with FSBM, we are committed to helping Malaysian organisations strengthen identity governance, reduce identity-related risks, and build more secure and resilient digital environments through modern identity security, access management, and governance capabilities.”
William Ng, Executive Director of FSBM I-Design Sdn Bhd, added:
“These partnerships represent an important step in strengthening our cybersecurity ecosystem and expanding our identity security capabilities. By combining our market reach with Cydentiq’s cybersecurity and IAM expertise, we aim to help organisations proactively manage evolving digital risks and strengthen operational resilience.”
Looking ahead, both parties will continue exploring broader strategic collaboration opportunities, including joint cybersecurity initiatives, and enterprise digital transformation projects for the Malaysian market.
